The Indramat TDM 3.2-20-300-W0 AC Servo Controller was especially designed for high-accuracy servo applications in NC machine tools for metal machining and wood working, transfer lines, automation systems, as well as in production machines in the automotive industry.
The plug-in MOD programming module is used to match the TDM 3.2-20-300-W0 drive module to the motor type. During servicing the unit can be quickly replaced on site by personnel without special training since, apart from drift compensation, no adjustments and matching are required, simply exchange the MOD module from your faulty TDM3220300W0 Indramat drive to the exchange unit (module not included but can be supplied if you have a faulty one).

Exchange Information
Core Exchange A
You send us your exchange part using your own preferred courier. Once we have received and inspected your part (this must be a like for like exchange), providing it meets our core exchange standards we send you a replacement working item with 6 month warranty. Where the faulty exchange item is found to be non-repairable, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
Core Exchange B
You pay the full price as if purchasing under an outright sale. We send you a replacement working item with 6 month warranty. Once the item has been delivered you have 7 days to send your faulty unit back to us in exchange (thismust be a like for like exchange). Once returned and inspected, providing the part meets our core exchange standards, a refund will be given as stipulated in the original sale transaction. Refunds will be issued using the same method you selected during payment. Late returns may be subject to a reduction in the amount refunded. Items returned and found to be uneconomical to repair will be charged for at full manufacturers replacement prices.
Outright Sale
You pay the price shown for the part. We will send you a part as detailed, either new, surplus or refurbished. The warranty applied will be dependent on the part's condition which will be specified in the description shown on our website. With this option, there is no requirement to send in a part as ownership will transfer to you on receipt.
Pre-exchange Inspection
Send your part to us using your preferred courier. On receipt, we will inspect to determine whether we are able to accept under our service exchange scheme. If we can accept your exchange item, a replacement item will be charged and shipped following inspection. Where the faulty exchange item is found to be non-repairable, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
Bespoke Quote
This option is available for customers who have specific requirements not covered in our standard sale options, i.e. those requiring urgent delivery of an item where only Core Exchange A status is shown and where the exchange part may not be sent in advance.
